The first stage of sales promotion is that the appearance of the product can create a pleasant feeling in the hearts of customers. Designing is one of the fields that is experiencing advancements as time progresses. We were also interested in the work and new goals of our Turkmen designers and had a conversation with Dayanch Babaev, the chief executive of the Belli Creative.

Our studio's goal is to support the creation of strong and internationally recognized brands. BR: Dayanch, can you tell us a little bit about your company first?
— Belli Creative was founded in Ashgabat in 2014 under the leadership of Dovlet Geldiyev. In our studio, we carry out branding, graphic, product packaging design and video production work for institutions, organizations, various events and goods. The goal of our studio is to support the development of strong brands and internationally recognized brands. We follow the motto of 'always improving' to provide the best service. Our studio has created many brand images for private and public enterprises and designed packaging for several products. We also developed designs for industrial products. We have extensive experience in graphic and industrial product design.

BR: Although it is still a young enterprise, it can be seen that several large projects have already been completed in your studio...
— In 2016, our studio was entrusted with the task of creating the official image of the 5th Asian Games. All the specialists of our studio are young and very ambitious. We also worked with Trivandi-Chanzo of Great Britain, one of the leading companies organizing the Summer Olympics in the world. Based on the requirements of the installation company, we worked very hard to create a high-quality design, and we managed to express our national values very artistically in modern graphics. It was a great experience that convinced us that we can work internationally as a Turkmen studio.

BR: What effect do you think a designer can have on the transience of goods?
— Our studio is always on the lookout for designs that are globally competitive in terms of the appearance of the manufactured products.

We strive not to imitate foreign designs and create designs that are not similar to their work. For example, we don't think it's right to use an image designed by a foreign designer on the packaging of products intended for our people. The shelf life is not just about the packaging design. Design creates uniqueness based on the quality of the product. That is why we work together with manufacturing companies, because the design is not completed with the customer's approval. 01 is completed when the originality of the product is properly recognized and a buyer is found.

BR: Our country is on the threshold of 'Asia - 2017'. Every industry is anxious to contribute its worth to this international level event...
— First of all, I would like to note that our studio created the story of the official image of 'Ashgabat 2017'. Our story animation can be watched on the official website of 'Ashgabat 2017'. Based on that story, the official image of 'Ashgabat 2017' was formed. This means that all designs for the 5th Asian Games in Indoor and Martial Arts should be based on that story. We also drew the graphic of the official website using a unique style. In this regard, it was decided that Turkmen national patterns should be combined in a new, modern way. Thus, the images to be placed in the official image were drawn, the colors were extracted and the rules of use of the official image were determined. Also, the logo with the inscription 'Ashgabat 2017' symbolizing the name of the Games was designed based on the theme of the official image.

BR: Could you also briefly introduce your work process?!
— First of all, we invite those who want to use our services to our studio and get acquainted with our terms of use. After agreement on the project, analysis is carried out where necessary. Based on the results of the analysis, the problem to be solved is identified and specific solutions are determined by the artistic director. Our creative department is also involved in the project. Designers present the idea of the project through the art direction. The prepared ideas are then presented to the client. Illustrators and graphic designers can join the project. The final version of each work is presented to the client after the approval of the art director.

BR: What plans do you want to make in the future?
— Designers, like creative people, are always in search. There is no one who has gone to the top of the hill. It's the same in design work. We are extremely happy with the opportunities created by the honorable President to create and work in our Motherland.
